Returns
In the case of personalized products or made to suit the client, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised, as they are products specially prepared for the user.
Lukilu handmade reserves the right not to accept changes or refunds in the OFFERS section.
No change or return will be made, whether it is an error by Lukilu handmade or the customer, if the product has been used or washed.
In the event of not being satisfied with the product received, the User must notify the company via email to [email protected] within 7 calendar days from the day the order is received. The company will contact him to indicate the procedure to follow. In case of withdrawal, LUKILU HANDMADE will proceed to refund the money.
If for any reason the package received presents any damage caused by transport on the outside, the delivery person must be informed so that it appears on the delivery note. In order to proceed correctly to present the corresponding claim to the delivery company. In the event that this is not described in the delivery note, returns will not be accepted for damage caused. Claims for interior damage are not accepted later than one day after receiving the package.
It must be returned in its original packaging, without marks or stickers, or failing that, perfectly packaged and in the same conditions in which it was sent without having suffered any damage due to improper use.
Returns of those products in which it has been specified that changes or returns are not allowed, except in the event that the product is affected by a defect or tare, will not be accepted. For the return, the buyer may choose the return method they prefer.
In the case of articles made of fabric we can not assure the customer that the tone of the fabrics will match in all items if they are not ordered together, to be better understood, if you want all items have the fabric in the same tone, it must be done in the same order, because every time you run out and you have to order new roll of fabric may change slightly in tone. In the case that the items are ordered separately in different orders we do not accept returns or claims, so if a customer wants to make a split order must consult us before if the fabric is going to run out soon or if we think it will vary the tone.
If the return is due to a tare or defect, photos should be sent via email to [email protected] to corroborate the defect for verification. If the return is lawful, the customer may exchange the product for the same or similar one or request a refund. In this case, the return of the product will have no cost for the customer.
In the case of wanting to make a product change or return, the customer must bear the shipping costs as indicated in Art. 44 of Law 7/1996, of January 15, on the Regulation of Retail Trade. Lukilu Handmade will bear the cost of the new delivery in the event of product exchange.
In the event of a return, Lukilu Handmade will proceed to refund the corresponding amount once the products have been received back within a period not exceeding 14 days from receipt of the order.
Lukilu handmade reserves the right to refuse any return if the above guidelines are not met.
