Preparation
Once the order has been placed we will need 24 hrs. minimum for its preparation and subsequent shipment. Our goal is to get your order to you as soon as possible.
NOTE: During sales and discount periods, orders may suffer some delay in shipment due to the accumulation of orders.
For in-stock orders, they will be shipped according to the lead time indicated on the product sheet. If you have placed your order and have any doubts, you can contact us via email at hola@lukiluhandmade.com and we will solve them as soon as possible.
For customized orders, they have a delivery time of approximately 25-30 working days once placed on the web. For any questions you can contact us via email at hola@lukiluhandmade.com and we will solve it as soon as possible.
VERY IMPORTANT to take into account delivery times on ORDERED orders in case you need them for a gift or because you will soon run out of business.
Delivery time
In peninsula, the approximate delivery time is estimated to be 48-72 hours, once the order has been prepared for shipment. If it is urgent and you need to have it before, contact us via email at hola@lukiluhandmade.com.
No shipments will be made on Friday afternoons, Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Friday orders will be processed on Monday.
In the event that the order could not be delivered due to absence at destination or errors in the address provided and was returned to LUKILU HANDMADE, the buyer must pay again the shipping costs by bank transfer. LUKILU HANDMADE is not responsible for any delay in shipment that this may cause.
If for any reason beyond LUKILU HANDMADE’s control the package to be delivered by courier arrives in poor condition or OPEN, it MUST NOT BE ACCEPTED, otherwise LUKILU HANDMADE will not be responsible for possible complaints or returns.
Fabric shades
Please note that our fabrics may vary in tone depending on the light and screen of each device. If you have any questions on the tone write us via whatsapp at 603 02 51 60, and we will send you the photos of the fabrics you want to see.
Also keep in mind that if an order is placed on a date and then you want to add more things with another independent order the tone of the fabric may vary, since the fabrics are running out and when we receive them again, some change a little, even if it is the same fabric the tone changes.
