Preparation

Once the order is placed we will need 24 hours. minimum for preparation and subsequent shipment. Our goal is for you to have your order as soon as possible.

NOTE: During sales and discounts times, orders may experience some delay in shipping due to their accumulation.

For orders in stock, they will be sent according to the deadline indicated on the product sheet. If you have placed the order and have questions, you can contact us via email at [email protected] and we will resolve it for you as soon as possible.

For personalized orders, they have a delivery time of 25-30 days working hours approximately once made on the web. For any questions you can contact us via email at [email protected] and we will solve it for you as soon as possible.

VERY IMPORTANT to take into account the delivery times for PER ORDER orders in case you need them for a gift or because you will soon run out of business.

Delivery time

In the peninsula, it is estimated that the approximate delivery time will be 48-72 hours, once the order has been prepared for shipping. If it is urgent and you need to have it sooner, contact us via email at [email protected].

Shipping will not be made on Friday afternoons, Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Friday orders will be processed on Monday.

In the event that the order could not be delivered due to absence at the destination or due to errors in the address provided and was returned to LUKILU HANDMADE, the buyer must pay again Shipping costs by bank transfer. LUKILU HANDMADE is not responsible for any delay in shipping that this may cause.

If for any reason beyond the control of LUKILU HANDMADE the package to be delivered by courier arrives in poor condition or OPENED, IT SHOULD NOT BE ACCEPTED. Otherwise, LUKILU HANDMADE will not be responsible for possible complaints or returns.

Fabric shades

Keep in mind that our fabrics may vary in tone depending on the light and screen of each device. If you have any questions about the tone, write to us via WhatsApp at 603 02 51 60, and we will send you the photos of the fabrics you want to see.

Also keep in mind that if an order is placed on a date and then If you want to add more things with another independent order, the tone of the fabric may vary, since the fabrics run out and when we receive them again, some change a little, even if it is the same fabric the tone changes.
